Dr. Vaughn L. Rattai, D.M.D
President of Accent Care Home and Hospital Services 2006 Inc., graduated in 1992 from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Dentistry. After graduating, he practiced in rural Manitoba for 2 years before returning to Winnipeg. In 1998 Vaughn opened Kilcona Dental Centre. He has enjoyed being a dentist full time for 21 years and has treated patients through MPI for TMJ trauma as well as dental trauma.

Dr. Rattai is now practicing part time and using his extra time to help develop a more comprehensive treatment facility for clients which will look after more of their needs in one location to help streamline care. This includes nurses, occupational therapy, physiotherapy (planned) as well as health care aides and home support workers for the client. In his spare time Vaughn enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, and is an avid fisherman.
Nelson Arruda
Vice President/Office Manager at Accent Care, is a Herzing College graduate in Business Administration. He has been certified in Sales and marketing through the University of Manitoba’s Commerce Department. Nelson has over 12 years in management and recruiting. He oversees the day to day operations at Accent Care Home and Hospital Services.

In his spare time he is active in both ice hockey and ball hockey as a goal tender. He brings his passion and team player mentality to the workplace.
Ines Mamula
Occupational Therapist, is a graduate of the Master’s of Occupational Therapy program at the University of Manitoba and also holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree (University of Manitoba). Currently, she is heading up the occupational therapy services at the Accent Care. Through her clinical experience, she has completed a variety of assessments including home assessments, cognitive assessments, personal care assistance assessments (PCA), ergonomic assessments, office ergonomic workstation assessments, job demand analysis, and physical demand analysis. She has experienced working with clients in all age groups who have a variety of physical and cognitive disabilities.

She strives to remain current in her field by attending workshops, seminars and reading evidence-based research. She is eager and enthusiastic to share her knowledge with other interdisciplinary teams, families and clients in the community. She is a research assistant at the Manitoba Follow-up Study (MFUS) and also a teaching assistant at the University of Manitoba. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT), College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba (COTM) and Manitoba Society of Occupational Therapists (MSOT).
Ana P. Hutsebaut
Office Accountant and Payroll Administrator, has a post secondary education as a certified accountant from Red River College and is a certified graduate from The Canadian Payroll Association with a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation. Ana has had over 11 years in the accounting and payroll industry. While her main focuses are on the company's financial and payroll departments, she is also involved in the day to day operations of Accent Care and willing to help out in other departments.

In her spare time she is very much involved in the life of her children and she loves quiet evenings at home with her husband. She also loves to travel and show her children new and exciting places. She has volunteered for over 6 years in the Portuguese community. Anna still enjoys a sit down session with a really good book.
Kimberly Bennett
with her C.D.I. College diplomas in Business Administration, Accounting and Payroll, and most recently Addiction Counselling and Community Service Worker, all of which she received with honours, and her Certificate of Supervisory Management and Payroll Compliance Practitioner designation, handles the Office Admin/Reception duties. While her primary focus is to field calls, schedule shifts and assist staff, client and agencies effectively attain their goals, she is skilled in many areas including case file management and advocacy, all of which helps manage the daily administration of the office and her attempts to make sense of over-stuffed inboxes and chaotic schedules. With her wide variety of experience and extensive background in client care and customer service she is able to effectively provide quality care and attention to detail. She is also able and willing to assist Nelson and Anna as required.

In her spare time she is volunteers with WRHA, ALS and various other organizations. She is an avid reader of varied genres, enjoys music and she would like to spend more time with her family, as well as crafting, crocheting etc.

Accent Care employs a diverse group of staff to meet the many cultural, ethnic and language needs in the community.
